I have some property that I would like to turn in to site for mobile and modular homes.What steps do I take?






Answers:


1That answer would be completely different for every county in America. First you would need to research the zoning classification to determine if it is allowed as a matter of right. If it is you would have to have a full survey of the land and proposed mobile home park, than submit your request and plans to your local planning authority. It will cost you.
